I don't have a tip jar for myself, so please consider the opportunity to give a gift to the people of Darfur, Sudan:

  • World Vision in Sudan

  • "As many as 10,000 people have died monthly since the conflict began in Darfur, Sudan. Brutal ethnic conflict has driven over 2 million people into homelessness".

    Scene and Herd: 12-JUL-05

Anyone can wash feet... The X Facta has more on Chasing the Dragon with Dirty Feet Are Not Sexy. Also a marvellous post at Cerulean Sanctum, Footwashing in the 21st Century.

The burning question... Rebecca Writes reviews What is Reformed Theology?

I wouldn't bet on it... northern 'burbs is up in the air about Christians and gambling and wants views. What do you think?

Apologetics: Philosophy blog Fides Quaerens Intellectum asks if the Liar, Lunatic or Lord argument has been refuted and takes on Daniel Howard-Snyder. An interesting look at a well known apologetic.

Well timed... Joe Carter weighs in with an excellent expose of bloggers and statistics addiction. Love it - there arises at times the misperception that there are "top" bloggers or "prominent" bloggers who wield an influence almost on a par with Peter Jackson. Joe very nicely puts things into perspective. I've been thinking along the same lines lately. We're just hobbits Frodo - each doing our bit.

And my bit today comes after reading commentary on several blogs and settling for one that is very interesting. My post is London: Looking for a Muslim Response (or see the post below).
